Solutions

Accessibility for the way your sector works.

Every sector has its own journeys, its own rules and its own ways of shutting people out. We test the journeys your customers depend on, against the rules you answer to, and fix what stands in the way.

In every sector

Nothing in scope is skipped.

We do not audit one page in fifty or stop at an automated check. Every page and screen in scope is captured and read at every layer: the rendered page, the code beneath it, the accessibility tree that assistive technology reads and, on apps, what the screen reader announces. That depth surfaces far more issues than a tool can, and our own analysis puts the barriers that block people first, so the fixes that matter most land first.

Banking and financial services

Account opening to order entry, audited and filed.

An older woman checks her phone while holding a bank card.
Illustrative example of findings we raise in this sector.

Banks, brokers, depositories, asset managers, insurers, advisers and research analysts run their business through screens their customers must complete without help. We audit the signed-in journeys that matter, fix what fails, and prepare the report your regulator expects, signed and in its format.

Rules that apply

SEBI's accessibility requirements for regulated entities, the RPwD Act 2016 and IS 17802 in India; the ADA and the European Accessibility Act for firms serving those markets.

Journeys we test

  • Log-in, OTP and two-factor steps, with their time limits
  • KYC and account opening, including document upload and e-sign
  • Order entry, watchlists, charts and portfolio views
  • Payments, fund transfers and mandates
  • Statements, contract notes and disclosures in PDF
  • Android and iOS trading and banking apps

Government and public sector

Public services every citizen can use.

Illustrative example of findings we raise in this sector.

Ministries, departments, public-sector undertakings and the agencies that build for them must serve every citizen, including those who use a screen reader, a keyboard or a magnifier. We audit portals and apps against the government standards, fix the templates they share, and document conformance for procurement and review.

Rules that apply

GIGW 3.0, IS 17802 and Section 46 of the RPwD Act 2016 in India; Section 508 and ADA Title II in the United States; the Web Accessibility Directive in the European Union.

Journeys we test

  • Citizen service applications, certificates and grievance forms
  • Tenders, notices and orders published as documents
  • Multilingual pages, and switching between languages
  • CAPTCHAs, OTPs and session time-outs
  • Dashboards, maps and data tables
  • Mobile apps built on shared government platforms

Education

Learning that every student can reach.

A student works on her laptop on a campus bench.
Illustrative example of findings we raise in this sector.

Universities, schools, ed-tech platforms and exam bodies decide who can learn and who can be assessed. We audit admissions, learning platforms and course content, fix the components that repeat across thousands of pages, and train the people who publish course material.

Rules that apply

The RPwD Act 2016 and the UGC's accessibility guidelines for higher education in India; ADA Title II for public institutions and Section 508 in the United States; the European Accessibility Act for platforms sold in the European Union.

Journeys we test

  • Admissions, applications and fee payment
  • Learning platforms, assignments and discussion boards
  • Online exams, timed tests and their accommodations
  • Lecture video captions and transcripts
  • Course PDFs, slides and spreadsheets
  • Maths, science notation and interactive exercises

E-commerce and retail

From search to checkout, without a dead end.

A woman shops online on her phone, bank card in hand.
Illustrative example of findings we raise in this sector.

A shopper who cannot get through checkout is a sale lost and, increasingly, a legal claim. We audit the full path to purchase, fix the product, cart and payment templates every order passes through, and keep them conformant as catalogues and campaigns change.

Rules that apply

The European Accessibility Act, in force for e-commerce since June 2025; ADA Title III in the United States; the RPwD Act 2016 in India.

Journeys we test

  • Search, filters and product listings
  • Product pages: images, variants, sizes and reviews
  • Cart, coupons and delivery options
  • Checkout, saved addresses and payment pages
  • Sign-up, OTP and account management
  • Pop-ups, carousels and promotional banners

OTT, streaming and media

Every title, playable by every viewer.

A father and son watch television together on the sofa.
Illustrative example of findings we raise in this sector.

Streaming services and publishers serve viewers who rely on captions, audio description, a screen reader or a remote control. We audit the player and the apps around it on web, mobile and TV, and check that captions and descriptions are present and usable, not only switched on.

Rules that apply

The European Accessibility Act for audiovisual media services; the CVAA and ADA in the United States; the RPwD Act 2016 in India.

Journeys we test

  • Sign-up, plans and subscription payment
  • Browse rails, search and title pages
  • Player controls with keyboard, screen reader and remote
  • Captions, subtitles and audio description
  • Profiles, parental controls and settings
  • Android, iOS and smart-TV apps

Hardware and self-service

Kiosks, ATMs and TVs, too.

Self-service devices are assessed on the device itself, against the standards written for hardware. See hardware and self-service
