Evidence over opinion
Every claim carries a number, and every number carries what it was counted out of. "Most pages" is not a finding; "412 of 530 pages" is.
Build the tool
Reading what a screen reader actually says on Android. Testing hardened trading apps. Fixing a signed PDF without breaking the signature. Nobody sold these, so we built them.
Try to prove ourselves wrong
Every finding is attacked by a second reviewer before it ships. We would rather drop a finding than defend a weak one in front of your regulator.
Say what we did not test
A report that hides its gaps is worse than one that names them. Out of scope means out of scope, never "passed".
Fix the source
A fix that disappears at the next release is not a fix. We correct the template, the component or the Word original, not just this month's copy.

We write things down
Every engagement keeps a record of what we decided, what we rejected and why. When you ask why a finding was graded the way it was, the answer already exists.
We read the standard
We work from the text of WCAG, EN 301 549 and PDF/UA, not from summaries of them. When a regulator publishes something new, we read the document itself.
We measure before we fix
A guess about why something failed is not a diagnosis. We measure it, then fix the thing the measurement names.
We check our own checks
Every automated gate is tested on a sample built to break it. A check that cannot fail tells you nothing.
